**Job Description**:

- Send leases to residents for signature and upload fully executed lease to the property management software.
- Manage utilities at the property level which includes: coordinating necessary paperwork to turn on utilities and assiting in bill payments.
- Assist customers in Move-in Processing, Eviction Tracking and providing notice to vacate & move out processing.

Qualifications:

- Good communication in the applicable language/s (English)
- Spoken skills & written skills
- Complete Work from Office
- Willing to work 24x7
- Customer service skills
- Technical proficiency in MS office products required (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Prefer to have experience using Yardi Voyager or similar property management program
- Customer Service
