Job Title: Business Banking Expert

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Client Relationship Management**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with business banking clients. Understand their financial needs and provide tailored banking solutions.
- **Portfolio Management**: Manage a portfolio of business clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention. Regularly review client accounts to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling banking products and services.
- **Financial Analysis**: Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and market conditions to assess the creditworthiness of potential and existing clients. Provide recommendations based on financial analysis.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay informed about business banking products, services, and industry trends. Educate clients on available options and advise on the best solutions to meet their financial goals.
- **Sales and Business Development**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Develop and implement strategies to grow the client base and increase revenue.
- **Compliance and Risk Management**: Ensure all activities comply with banking regulations and internal policies. Monitor and manage risk within the portfolio.
- **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Act as a point of contact for all business banking needs.
- **Reporting and Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and financial data. Prepare regular reports on portfolio performance and business development activities.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business banking, commercial lending, or a related field. Proven track record in managing a portfolio of business clients and achieving sales targets.
- **Skills**: Strong financial analysis and credit assessment skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and banking software.
- **Attributes**: Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to ethical practices.
- **Knowledge**: Deep understanding of business banking products, credit policies, and banking regulations. Awareness of current market trends and economic conditions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per year
