If it's from Total Environment, you can expect it to be sensitively designed, completely personal, and totally original. **Your Role in Our Story** As an Executive - Bar at TEHPL, you will lead the beverage experience with artistry, discipline, and creativity. You will bring to life our philosophy of thoughtful hospitality through your mastery of mixology, beverage knowledge, and team mentorship - whether it’s crafting an innovative cocktail at Windmills or curating a local-inspired pairing at Oota. **Key Responsibilities**: - Oversee and manage daily bar operations, ensuring seamless service and consistent quality. - Responsible for opening and closing inventories and coordinating with the F&B Controller for precise stock management. - Monitor inventory trends, anticipate supply needs, and manage cost control within defined limits. - Lead the preparation of cocktails and beverages, maintaining the highest standards of consistency, taste, and presentation. - Stay abreast of global and regional beverage trends, continuously expanding your knowledge of ingredients, origins, and mixology techniques. - Contribute to new cocktail creations that reflect TEHPL’s identity, innovation, and brand essence. - Ensure compliance with excise regulations, hygiene standards, and all bar-related legal documentation. - Uphold bar cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and an organized workspace that inspires creativity and efficiency. - Mentor junior bartenders, fostering a culture of craftsmanship, discipline, and guest delight. - Engage with guests to provide recommendations and create a memorable, personal beverage experience. **Who We Are Looking For**: - **Passion for Craft**:A true love for the art of mixology and beverage innovation. - **Expertise**:Deep knowledge of spirits, wines, and cocktail-making techniques with attention to balance and precision. - **Leadership**:Proven ability to guide and motivate a bar team to deliver excellence. - **Operational Discipline**:Strong skills in inventory control, paperwork accuracy, and compliance management**.**: - **Hospitality Focus**:Dedication to delivering exceptional service and enhancing guest experiences. - **Experience**: Minimum of 4-5 years in a premium bar, brewery, or restaurant, showcasing expertise in mixology, operations, and guest engagement.
