**Location -Mumbai**

5-7 yrs experience in functional testing in the HR function, preferably in an agile environment..
- Overall understanding of banking function and HR process
- Experience in building E2E Testing Approach framework
- Test Planning and Execution:

- Analyze business requirements and functional specifications to create test cases, test scenarios, and test data.
- Execute manual functional tests, ensuring that software meets defined functional requirements.
- Report defects, track their status, and work with developers to ensure timely resolution. - Test Documentation:

- Document and maintain comprehensive test cases, test scripts, and defect reports.
- Provide detailed and accurate test results, including logs, screenshots, and videos where appropriate.
- Ensure proper documentation of testing procedures for knowledge sharing and auditing purposes.
- Collaboration:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, business analysts) to clarify requirements and ensure effective test coverage.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Provide feedback on product usability, functionality, and overall user experience.
- Regression and Smoke Testing:

- Perform regression testing on new versions or updates of the software to ensure that existing functionality is not broken.
- Test Environment Setup:

- Set up and configure test environments and test data to simulate real-world scenarios.
- Ensure that testing environments are stable and that all necessary tools and configurations are in place.
- Reporting:

- Prepare and present regular test progress reports to management and stakeholders. o Track and report on key testing metrics (test case execution rate, defect rates, etc.)
