Knowledge of workflows in various ITSM modules (Incident, Change, Problem, Request, IT Asset Management, CMDB)

Automate Test Scripts for Functional and Regression Testing based on Requirements from ServiceNow platform
Work in Agile development/methodologies, Test Automation and TDD
Understands Devops and is proficient with Test design techniques
Automation Test Analysis and reporting using various reporting platforms
Identifies, recommends and implements changes to enhance the effectiveness of software quality assurance strategies
Participates in sizing and estimation activities with the agile team
