**Required Qualification & Skills**:
- Qualification: MBA Marketing/BBA Marketing/ Any other similar course from a recognized University.
- Good communication skills.
- Listening skills.
- Problem analysis and problem-solving.
- Attention to detail, speed, accuracy.
- Adaptability
- Taking Initiatives & Leadership Skills.
- Stress tolerance.
**Customer Care Pre-Sales Activities**:
- Conducting Market Intelligence.
- Strategy Planning.
- Check & Verify Readiness of Flats/Villas.
- Update Kapture (Sales Team Lead Updating Software)
- Project Wise Register Entries.
- Lead Attending ( Cold Calling-Late Hours & Early Morning Time within 30 minutes after lead is assigned)
- Parallel follow up till conversion stage & ensuring the entire customer requirement are met till conversion stage.
- Rating Customers
- Giving Lead Review to the Department Heads.
- Site Visit.
- Daily Reporting via TODO software, Mail, Dept. Heads, as per their requirement.
- Attend or complete Unforeseen Works if any.
She/he will get trained to attain a disciplined life during course of our training.
Time passers may excuse.
Posting will be long term basis.
