2+ years of relevant experience as an inside sales associate.
- Strong problem identification and objections resolution skills
- Tech-savvy with the ability to make complex technical matters easy-to understand even for non-technical people
- Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Experience of working in a fast-growing unstructured startup environment
- In-depth experience of market research in SME SaaS-tech or SMB segments is Preferred Calling Details:

- Making conversation with the prospective SME business owners and moving them to a product demonstration
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with all key stakeholders of the company
- Collaborate with all internal and external teams and perform troubleshooting on all client issues and ensure timely resolution
- Close sales with qualified leads to generate new business and ensure the client’s needs are met
- Encourage potential clients to buy premium products and close the best possible deal
- Track sales cycle progress on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure custome

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
