**Position Overview**:
As a Video Editor at Negocis Cosmo, you will transform raw footage into polished, compelling videos that support our client's marketing goals. From short-form social media content to longer-form promotional videos, your work will be key in engaging audiences and driving conversions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the creative team to develop video concepts, storyboards, and production timelines.
- Ensure that videos align with the brand’s voice, aesthetic, and marketing objectives.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
- Implement feedback and revisions from clients and internal teams.
- Maintain an organized video archive and ensure assets are stored properly.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest video editing trends, tools, and techniques.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a video editor, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising environment.
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, etc.).
- Strong understanding of video formats, compression, and best practices for digital marketing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Canva.
- Experience with motion graphics and visual effects is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Ability to take creative direction and incorporate feedback efficiently.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative team player.
- A portfolio showcasing your previous work (please include links to past projects).

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of video SEO best practices for platforms like YouTube and social media.
- Familiarity with audio editing and color grading.
- Experience with graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
- Ability to create and implement video content strategies.
- Experience with Canva.
- Experience with Adobe After Effects and Premier Pro.
- Familiarity with 3D render tools (Blender 3D, Autodesk Maya).
