**LMS Administrator**

Experience : 5-8 Years

Location : Hyderabad

**Responsibilities**:

- Outstanding written and verbal communications; ability to communicate complex technical matters to all levels of leadership, aligning communication style to the needs of the recipient
- Excellent project management skills with detailed understanding of SDLC methodologies, with ability to hold self and project resources accountable for deliverables
- Good judgment when addressing business requests, responding to inquiries, escalating matters, etc.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Knowledge of HTML and Articulate 360 a plus
- Critical Thinking - Ability to operate with little to no oversight

Required Skills:

- Serve as key technical/functional liaison between Learning and Development leadership, HRIS and HR Operations stakeholders
- Develop a deep functional understanding of team and enterprise needs of the global learning and development teams in general, and continuously expand your expertise in the technology capabilities of the Cornerstone LMS to address those needs
- Provide clear and consistent direction and guidance to offshore resources to develop and deliver results in partnership
- Clearly identify and document standard processes, change requests, issues, or bug fixes and related completion or resolution
- Develop solid partnership with all HRIS staff to manage enhancements, system changes, quarterly releases, testing, and related documentation as well as with stakeholders to provide any related training.
- Train global divisional LMS administrators on new capabilities as applicable but especially when offering a new admin enhancement, process, or best practice
- Maintain globally accessible content and facilitate assignments of global training content/programs (e.g., global compliance training program) and associated audit reports
- Work with appropriate members of team to develop and adhere to appropriate service level agreements (SLA's) to maintain system uptime and connectivity.
- Additional responsibilities as global business growth demands

Qualifications:

- 2 or more years related experience managing Cornerstone Learning Management systems technology projects and support, preferably with a wide scope Project Implementation (whole system or specific modules) / Integration experience
- Experience as a Training admin and develop SOPs
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
