Responsibilities Achieve and exceed sales targets in the assigned territory. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retailers and distributors. Conduct market research to identify opportunities and challenges. Execute promotional activities and trade marketing strategies. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts. Monitor and ensure product availability and shelf presence. Provide feedback to the product development team on market trends. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the FMCG sector. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Skills Salesforce Microsoft Excel Market Analysis Sales Strategy Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Negotiation Product Knowledge Trade Marketing

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
