Monitor and ensure product availability and shelf presence. Provide feedback to the product development team on market trends. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the FMCG sector. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Skills Salesforce Microsoft Excel Market Analysis Sales Strategy Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Negotiation Product Knowledge Trade Marketing

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
