Job Title: FMCG Product Sales Manager

Location: Vaishali Nagar Jaipur

Experience: 2-5 years

**Salary**: INR 300,000 - 600,000 per annum

**Job Role**:
This is a full-time on-site role for a FMCG Product Sales Manager for **My Ace Ka Apna Bazar** at **MyAce Courier and Services Pvt Ltd** in Jaipur for Rajasthan Area Direct Sales. The Product Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the products sales of company's FMCG products, developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The Product Sales Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business growth.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.

2. Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the FMCG sector.

3. Meet sales targets and objectives set by the company.

4. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.

5. Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns.

6. Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.

7. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to promote products effectively.

8. Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.

9. Ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any delivery issues.

10. Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

2. Proven experience in FMCG sales, with a minimum of 2-5 years.

3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

6. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

7. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.

8. Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and deadlines.

9. Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior in the FMCG sector.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
