Duties/ Roles and Responsibilities
- Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Etc)

Developing process which includes understanding client requirements mapping the relevant targets.

Headhunting, references, Social media recruiting, and internal database.

Managing full-lifecycle of recruitment (full-. time/permanent, contract) and hiring processes, sourcing (direct, indirect), pre-screening, interviewing, reference checking, offer negotiations, and hiring documentation.

Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submitting into interview and placement.

Utilize social media recruiting skills to market open positions, attract talent, and build online communities.

Key Skills
- Outstanding Communication skills.

Action oriented with a high initiative and thorough knowledge of industry.

Must be having capability to work with a team or individually.

Freshers - 6 Months Work Experience in Recruitment

Immediate joiners preferred.

Willing to work in US shift (6:30 PM - 3:30 AM)

Job Location : Work from Home (Looking for Females only)

Laptop and Good Internet Facility for Office Setup

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
