2. Receive all the patients brought to casualty. Access, analyze, stabilize, shift to ICU/ Wards

3. Attend all patients on admission & inform the senior resident / consultant immediately

4. Prepare properly filled admission form for the patients advised for admission

5. Note the detailed history of the patient.

6. Follow the MLC formalities in case of patients admitted under MLC

7. Call for help from ICU, if any patient brought to casualty is critical/ Mass casualties

8. Update the consultants/Registrar regarding admissions and patient’s status.

9. Accompany patient to various emergency investigations and make the necessary arrangements.

10. Attend code blue & ambulance calls.

11. Participate in performing all Emergency procedures in casualty.
- **Patient Related**_

1. Giving psychological support to the patient & their relatives.

2. Call for help from ICU when mass causalities / emergency patient comes to casualty

3. Assist emergency patients for OT / ICU shifting

4. Clearly explain the patient’s attenders about the admission process.

5. It is mandatory that RMO should be aware of key clinical protocol defined by casualty of hospital.

6. Mandatory to know the protocol of patient care such as documentation, Treatment, informing consultant, patient shifting.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
