**Job Roles**:
Coordination with College Administration for the project management at the college.

Creation and validation of training content.

Delivery of effectiveness training as per the project time lines.

Selecting or creating appropriate learning materials for instructional purposes.

Performing administrative tasks such as scheduling**, **coordinating, attendance maintaining, Placement and reporting.

Adherence to Trainer Standard Operating Processes (SOP) and maintaining all record of training as per SOP.

Any other task assigned by the company time to time or as desired fit by company.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mandi, Himachal Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Master's (preferred)
