**Role Overview**:
As a Graphic Design Trainer at Locas Institute, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and comprehensive training sessions to students. You will guide them through the principles of design, software tools, and industry best practices. Your role will involve creating lesson plans, conducting practical sessions, and providing personalized feedback to help students achieve their full potential.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Develop and Deliver Training**: Create and implement a curriculum that covers the fundamentals of graphic design, including typography, color theory, composition, branding, and more.
- **Software Proficiency**: Teach students to use industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CorelDRAW, and others.
- **Assessments and Feedback**: Evaluate student progress through assignments, projects, and exams. Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their skills.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep up with the latest trends and advancements in graphic design to ensure the curriculum remains relevant and up-to-date.
- **Mentorship**: Offer one-on-one mentoring and career guidance to students, helping them build a strong portfolio and prepare for the job market.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- **Experience**: At least 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of projects.
- **Teaching Experience**: Previous experience as a trainer or instructor in graphic design is preferred.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CorelDRAW, and other relevant design software.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in an accessible manner.
- **Creativity**: A passion for design and a creative mindset, with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
