**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook a wide variety of dishes from Continental, Chinese, and Street Food cuisines, ensuring quality and presentation meet the highest standards.
- Develop and create innovative and appealing menus for different meal periods, incorporating diverse flavors and ingredients.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of food and kitchen supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels for daily operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on cooking techniques, recipes, and food safety procedures.
- Collaborate with the management team to plan and execute special events, themed dinners, and promotional menus.
- Stay updated on culinary trends, techniques, and new ingredients to continually enhance menu offerings and culinary skills.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Chef specializing in Continental, Chinese, and Street Food cuisines.
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, flavor profiles, and ingredients specific to each cuisine.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality dishes consistently.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations and standards.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
