Job Roles;
Analyze bulk data to identify business risks using excel or other convenient tools.

Monitor calls between customer and sales/customer service/claims agents using set parameter and script to identify errors or miss-communication.

Evaluate claims of B2B insurance policies to check whether the same is in compliance with the Terms and condition of the policy.

Identify business critical trends from ERP and provide resolution to the same.

Conduct internal business audits to mitigate and forecast risk.

- Good Analytical Skills & Listening Skills.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Ability To Work Under Pressure.
- Good Knowledge On Basic Insurance Principles and Working Structure.
- Should Have Worked In Claims Or Sales Department Of An Insurance Company.
- Should Have The Ability To Innovate and Adapt To Various Scenarios In Process.
- Should Have The Ability To Analyze Bulk Data And Prepare Reports Based On It.
- Should Have The Ability To Present Reports To Senior Managements.

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Intermediate in MS Office or higher.

At least 1 year experience in overseas insurance sector.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
