**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Strategy Development**: Create and implement comprehensive influencer marketing strategies aligned with business goals to drive brand awareness and growth.
- **Influencer Identification & Outreach**: Research and identify key influencers, bloggers, and content creators across various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) relevant to the brand.
- **Campaign Management**: Develop, execute, and oversee influencer marketing campaigns from conception to completion, ensuring timely execution and KPIs are met.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers, agencies, and other marketing partners.
- **Content Collaboration**: Work with influencers to co-create engaging and authentic content that resonates with target audiences while adhering to brand guidelines.
- **Negotiation & Contracts**: Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and budgets with influencers and agencies.
- **Tracking & Reporting**: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of influencer campaigns, using key metrics such as reach, engagement, and ROI to optimize future campaigns.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Collaborate with social media, creative, PR, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
- **Trend Monitoring**: Stay updated with the latest influencer trends, platform updates, and best practices to continually improve campaigns.
**Qualifications**
- **2-3** years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing, preferably in a similar role or agency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and influencer marketing trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
