**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure prompt service delivery.
- Assist guests with menu selections and provide detailed product knowledge.
- Ensure table setups are neat, clean, and meet service standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction during service and address any concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service.
- Handle billing and payment processes accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas.
- Uphold hygiene and safety standards as per company policies.
- Assist in preparing for and servicing special events or banquets.

**Requirements**:
**Experience**:

- For Guest Service Associate: 0-2 years in F&B service or related hospitality role.
- For Sr. Guest Service Associate: 2+ years of experience in a similar role.

**Education**: A degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent is preferred.

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Guest-centric approach with attention to detail.
