**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Conduct Literature Reviews**: Perform comprehensive reviews of existing research in IT-related topics to identify gaps, trends, and advancements.
- **Data Collection & Analysis**: Gather, analyze, and interpret qualitative and quantitative data using appropriate research tools and statistical methods.
- **Collaborate on Research Projects**: Work closely with faculty members, researchers, and students on IT-based research projects, contributing to various aspects of study design, implementation, and reporting.
- **Prepare Research Reports**: Draft, edit, and format academic papers, research proposals, and reports for publication in journals and conferences.
- **Present Findings**: Assist in preparing and presenting research findings at academic conferences, workshops, and institutional meetings.
- **Support Grant Applications**: Assist with drafting and submitting research grant proposals related to IT studies and innovations.
- **Technical Writing**: Write and contribute to academic publications, white papers, and other documentation related to IT research topics.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in **Information Technology**, **Computer Science**, **Data Science**, or a related field.
- Additional certifications in research methodologies or IT-related technologies (preferred).
- **Experience**:

- Prior experience in **academic research** or **industry research** focusing on IT.
- Experience with academic writing, publications, and peer-reviewed journal submissions is preferred.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of IT domains such as **software development**, **cloud computing**, **cybersecurity**, **AI/ML**, **data analysis**, or **blockchain**.
- Proficiency in research tools like **SPSS**, **MATLAB**, **Python**, **R**, or other data analysis software.
- Familiarity with academic databases such as **IEEE Xplore**, **Google Scholar**, and **JSTOR**.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to collaborate across teams.
- Ability to manage time effectively, work on multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of research ethics and best practices in **IT research**.
- Familiarity with **peer-reviewed publications** in IT journals.
- Prior experience with **technical documentation**, research grants, or academic conference presentations.
- Hands-on experience with programming languages like **Java**, **Python**, or **C++**.
