**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver engaging **art and craft lessons** for different age groups.
- Teach various **art techniques** such as painting, drawing, sculpting, printmaking, and mixed media.
- Introduce students to different **art styles, historical movements, and famous artists**.
- Encourage creativity and originality in student projects.
- Organize **art exhibitions, competitions, and craft fairs** to showcase student work.
- Maintain a well-equipped **art studio/classroom** with necessary materials and supplies.
- Guide students in the safe and appropriate use of **art tools and materials**.
- Assess and evaluate students' progress through **assignments, projects, and practical activities**.
- Collaborate with other teachers and departments for **cross-curricular projects**.
- Stay updated with **new art trends, techniques, and educational methods**.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in **Fine Arts, Art Education, or a related field**.
- Prior teaching experience in **schools, colleges, or art institutes** is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of various **art forms, techniques, and craftwork**.
- Excellent **communication and classroom management skills**.
- Ability to inspire and nurture students' artistic talents.
- Passion for **art, creativity, and hands-on learning**.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in **digital art, graphic design, or multimedia art** is a plus.
- Knowledge of **art therapy or special education techniques**.
- Ability to integrate **modern technology and online tools** into art education.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,103.13 per month
