1. Graduates (preferably) with at least 1 to 2 years of experience in operations profile 2. Experience in agribusiness, product management and similar fields

3. Experience in fresh produce is desirable. Work experience in an emerging market environment and ability to demonstrate a strong commercial awareness and hands on approach.
- Manage all processes with respect to packaging, order scheduling, dispatch, delivery, returns, refunds, and billing.

To oversee timely scheduling, dispatch, delivery and returns of all orders. Strengthening supply chain interventions, improving commodity handling and simplifying trade logistics.
- Evaluate risk and lead quality assurance efforts. Assess product, compliance, or operational risks and develop risk management strategies.
- Oversee inventory management and collaborate with the Product development and Procurement team in all product related activities.
- Manage and track and maintain MIS for all products and create reports on operational performance and suggest improvements.
- Data analytics & management of and sales department reports.
- Engage in interdepartmental coordination with procurement, product development, marketing & sales related activities.
- Conduct periodic internal reviews or audits to ensure that compliance procedures are followed.
- Oversee scale-up trials and expenses and budgeting to help the organization optimize costs and benefits.
- Ensure location and product compliance with local and international laws (e.g. data recording and management, factory compliances etc.)
