As a preschool teacher and educational toy developer, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our products.

Your primary responsibilities will include:
Collaborating with our team to create engaging and age-appropriate educational materials, such as puzzles, games, and activities.

Designing and developing innovative and interactive teaching aids that align with educational standards and promote early learning concepts.

Conducting thorough research on early childhood development theories, curricula, and emerging trends to inform the design and development process.

Collaborating with educators, parents, and children to gather feedback and ensure our products meet their needs and expectations.

Providing expertise and guidance to the product development team throughout the entire lifecycle, from concept to production.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.

Previous experience working as a preschool teacher, creating educational materials, or designing educational toys.

Strong creativity and a passion for designing fun and engaging learning experiences.

In-depth knowledge of early childhood development theories and pedagogical approaches.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Ability to think outside the box and innovate in the field of educational toys.
