**Job Title: Preschool Teacher**

**Location**: Goregaon West
**Reports To**: Preschool Director / Centre Head

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities and lessons aligned with early childhood curriculum.
- Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment that supports children's learning and development.
- Observe, assess, and document children's progress and development.
- Maintain open communication with parents through regular updates, meetings, and progress reports.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to plan events and activities.
- Encourage children’s independence and support their emotional and social development.
- Ensure classroom cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development workshops.

**Qualifications**:

- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Certification in Early Childhood Education (as required by local/state regulations).
- CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
- Prior experience working with preschool-aged children (typically ages 2-6).
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Good Command on English Language
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with young children.

**Working Conditions**:

- Physically able to interact with young children, including sitting on the floor, lifting up to 40 lbs, and supervising active play.
- Work may include outdoor activities and occasional evening or weekend events.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
