**About the Role**:
Starling Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Enrolled Nurse to join our team in an aged care facility. In this role, you will provide quality nursing care, support the wellbeing and independence of residents, and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team. This position requires a balance of clinical skills, empathy, and professionalism to deliver the highest standards of aged care.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver safe and person-centred nursing care in an aged care environment.
- Support residents with daily healthcare needs.
- Administer medications and treatments under supervision in line with clinical guidelines.
- Assist in monitoring residents’ conditions and escalate concerns where necessary.
- Collaborate with Registered Nurses, care staff, and allied health professionals.
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with aged care standards.

**Mandatory Skills Requirements**:

- Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse.
- Experience in aged care nursing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a care team.
- Evidence of up-to-date vaccinations, including:

- Measles, Mumps, Rubella
- Hepatitis B
- Varicella
- Pertussis (within the last 10 years)
- Current criminal history clearance (general, aged care, or NDIS).
- Relevant training certifications for aged care.
- Proof of identity and right to work in Australia.
