Job Summary:
The US Tax Trainer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training sessions aimed at training professional tax preparers on various aspects of US tax law, regulation, and compliance.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

- Develop and deliver training sessions on US tax law and regulations.
- Develop and maintain training materials and resources.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of US tax laws and regulations.
- Provide ongoing support and training to tax preparers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and opportunities.
- Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of training and adjust content and delivery methods as necessary.
- Monitor regulatory changes and update training materials accordingly.
- Respond to inquiries and provide support to tax preparers.

Qualifications:

- A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in US tax Training
- Strong knowledge of US tax law and regulations.
- Experience in developing and delivering training sessions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience with tax preparation software preferred.
- Ability to adapt to changing needs and requirements.

**Salary**: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
