
Training Coordinator

Duties and responsibilities:
1. Administer the end to end training process (both onsite and offsite), this includes;
2. Enter the participant registration and enrolment details in the training data base
3. Invoice the participant / client attending the training
4. Liaise with trainers prior and post training i.e. assist in planning, execution, servicing, evaluation and communication.
5. Set up and maintain the training and office environment
6. Attend and provide assistance to the trainer and training participants during the training program
7. Enter attendance records, workshop evaluations, produce attendance certificates and ensure timely payment & collections to the vendors and students respectively
8. Manage and maintain the LMS so that it is an effective reporting and tracking system.
9. Assist the curriculum writer in developing accredited training materials
10. Maintain filing and record keeping related to student academic and financial data according to REMI training team policy and procedures
11. Manage all the aspects of the training room bookings, both internal and external training
12. Maintain training kit materials and boxes.
13. Answer telephone and general enquiries of the students in a professional manner for resolution /action.
14. Provide the Manager, Education and Training with meeting minutes, regular and ad-hoc reports on the operation of the training delivered by the training team.
15. Participate in regular supervision with Manager, Education and Training
16. Undertake Continuous Improvement initiatives related to training, and office support.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher
**Salary**: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
Schedule:

- Weekend availability
