Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including vendor agreements, client contracts, and banking-related partnerships.
- Provide legal advice on contract interpretation, compliance risks, and banking-related customer issues.
- Conduct legal research and analysis on regulations impacting banking operations.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with evolving laws, banking regulations, and industry standards.
- Develop and implement internal policies and procedures to maintain legal and regulatory compliance.
- Manage and protect the bank’s intellectual property, including trademarks, copyrights, and patents.
- Handle legal disputes and litigation matters, including coordinating with external counsel and representing the bank in legal proceedings.
- Assist in corporate governance, including board meetings, regulatory filings, and compliance documentation.
- Provide legal training to employees on regulatory requirements, compliance, and risk management.
- Maintain accurate legal records and respond to legal inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and HR, to address legal challenges and business initiatives.
- Ensure all banking activities align with ethical, legal, and regulatory standards.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
