**Job Overview**:
As a Strategic Relations Specialist at FoodNEST(S), you will play a crucial role in fostering strong relationships with employees, business stakeholders, vendors, owners of food takeaway joints, restaurants, cafes, home chefs, home bakers, and other relevant parties. Your primary objective will be to facilitate effective communication, negotiate terms, and drive cost compression strategies that maximize revenue while ensuring the motivation and cooperation of all stakeholders in building a thriving food delivery ecosystem

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Stakeholder Engagement**:Initiate and maintain open channels of communication with external businesses, internal teams, and other relevant parties to build mutually beneficial relationships.
- **Negotiation**:Collaborate with various stakeholders to negotiate terms, pricing structures, and agreements that align with the company's goals for revenue maximization.
- **Motivation and Alignment**:Employ psychological principles to motivate and align internal teams and external partners towards a common vision of growth and profitability.
- **Communication Strategy**:Develop and implement communication strategies that ensure clear and effective messaging to both internal and external stakeholders, emphasizing the company's value proposition.
- **Conflict Resolution**:Act as a mediator in resolving conflicts between the company and external partners or internal teams, ensuring that all parties remain committed to the shared objectives.
- **Data Analysis**:Analyze data and feedback from stakeholders to identify areas of improvement in communication, collaboration, and cost optimization.
- **Innovation**:Help in the design of fresh, creative advertising campaigns, marketing strategies, and, sometimes, new product development.
- **Customer-Centric Approach**:Work closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure that customer-facing communication aligns with the company's values and results in high net sales.
- **Feedback Loop**:Establish a feedback loop to continuously gather insights from stakeholders and customers, allowing for agile adjustments to the company's strategies.

**Requirements: What we seek is**
- A Masters/Ph.D. in Psychology (Counselling) or a related field.
- Proven experience of atleast 6-8 years in counselling, tactical handling, business communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
- Excellent psychological skills to evaluate the other unsaid perceptions and mobilize the strategy in order to engage with audience and various stakeholders to grip the motion in favor of organization
- Strong understanding of organizational psychology and team dynamics.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Data-driven and analytical mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- A strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment
- Open to move around the city per the vendor meeting and business needs
- Confident enough to deal with public and pacifying attitude to deescalate external and internal escalations
