**Job Description**:
Nirvan Rehab Center is hiring a Female Counselor to support individuals dealing with mental health and addiction-related challenges. This role is ideal for psychology graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in counseling and mental health care.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct individual and group counseling sessions.

Assess clients' emotional and psychological needs.

Assist in developing treatment plans under supervision.

Work closely with senior psychologists and psychiatrists.

Maintain confidential client records and reports.

Provide a safe and supportive environment for clients.

Qualifications & Skills:
Master’s degree in Psychology/Counseling Psychology/Clinical Psychology (Freshers encouraged to apply).

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Passion for mental health and counseling.

Ability to handle sensitive issues with empathy and professionalism.

Proficiency in Hindi & English.
