**About the role**:
You’ll be at the forefront of our creator partnerships - identifying, connecting, and collaborating with influencers to amplify our brand’s reach and resonance. You’ll thrive here if you’re passionate about digital culture, fluent in the language of creators, and energized by targets. This is a high-speed, high-ownership role where your ability to hustle, build relationships, and drive results will define your success. If you have a knack for content & creative drive campaigns - this would be a great place to not only ideate but also execute the same.

**What you will do**:

- Reach out to influencers and pitch collaborations that excite and convert.
- Close commercials and clearly align them on our brand’s message and campaign goals.
- Onboard creators quickly and set them up for seamless execution.
- Grow our influencer network and build lasting partnerships, not one-time deals.
- Track performance closely and share crisp reports daily, weekly, and monthly.
- Be the go-to person for creators — solving their challenges and keeping momentum high.
- Juggle multiple campaigns, communicate with clarity, and always keep the end goal in sight.
- Responsible for offline & online engagement of influencers

- Strong critical thinking skills
- Intense attention to detail as well as the ability to see the big picture
- Demonstrated mastery of verbal and written communication skills
