**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain data pipelines using DAG frameworks (e.g., Airflow or similar).
- Work with **Polars** for high-performance data manipulation and analysis.
- Build and support APIs using **FastAPI** to serve data science models or data services.
- Integrate with **Kafka** for real-time data ingestion and streaming processing.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot issues during the assigned 2-hour daily support window.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand data requirements and optimize performance.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Strong proficiency in **Python**.
- Hands-on experience with **Polars** for large-scale data analysis.
- Experience designing and maintaining DAGs (preferably with tools like Apache Airflow, Prefect, etc.).
- Proficiency in building APIs using **FastAPI**.
- Practical experience with **Apache Kafka** for data streaming.
- Familiarity with deploying, monitoring, and maintaining data services.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and consistently during the agreed-upon time window.

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience with containerization (Docker).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Basic understanding of MLOps or CI/CD pipelines for data science.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 10 per week

Schedule:
