**Job Title**: Freelance Creo Harness Trainer (Part-Time)

**Job Type**: Freelance / Part-Time
**Location**: Remote
**Work Hours**: Weekdays - 1 hour/day | Weekends - 2 hours/day
**Duration**: Approximately 30-40 hours total (based on syllabus)

You will be responsible for delivering structured training sessions according to our pre-defined syllabus, guiding learners through both theoretical and practical aspects of Creo Harness.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct daily online training sessions (1 hour weekdays, 2 hours weekends)
- Follow the provided syllabus to complete the course in 30-40 hours
- Explain key concepts clearly with practical demonstrations
- Address student queries and provide support as needed

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Creo, specifically in Harness Design
- Prior teaching or mentoring experience (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage flexible hours

**Compensation**: Competitive freelance rates (to be discussed)
