We are in search of a skilled and self-motivated Freelance SAP Trainer to join our team. As a Freelance SAP Trainer, you will have the opportunity to deliver top-notch training sessions on various SAP modules to clients and organizations on a project basis. This role offers flexibility and the chance to showcase your expertise in SAP while working independently.
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions on SAP modules according to the provided curriculum.
- Customize training materials and delivery methods to suit the needs of clients and participants.
- Provide expert guidance and support to participants during training sessions.
- Demonstrate advanced features and functionalities of SAP software.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments for optimal learning outcomes.
- Stay updated with the latest developments and updates in SAP software.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their training requirements and objectives.
- Offer post-training support and assistance to participants as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions, feedback, and performance.
- Communicate effectively with clients and participants to ensure a positive learning experience.
- Proven experience as a SAP Consultant or SAP Trainer with expertise in at least one SAP module.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP software functionalities, configurations, and integration.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to adapt training approaches based on client needs and participant feedback.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Patience and empathy towards learners of varying skill levels.
- Flexibility to work independently and manage training projects on a freelance basis.
- Certification in relevant SAP modules is preferred but not mandatory.
- Prior experience in delivering remote or virtual training sessions is a plus.
- Availability to take on freelance projects according to client schedules and deadlines.
