**CARS24 - Work From Home Guidelines for Business Development Executives (BDE)** **Work Schedule**
- **Working Days**: Monday to Saturday
- **Shift Timings**: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- **Availability**: Employees must remain reachable via **phone, WhatsApp, and CRM** throughout the shift.

**Daily Responsibilities**
- **Lead Calling**: Contact assigned leads from the CRM and explain the CARS24 process in detail.
- **Appointment Booking**: Schedule inspection appointments as per customer convenience.
- **CRM Management**: Update the status of each lead accurately and in real time.
- **Follow-Ups**: Regularly follow up with leads until deal closure.
- **Professional Communication**: Maintain proper communication etiquette during calls and chats.

**Performance Targets**
- **Daily Calling Target**: Minimum of _X_ calls (to be defined by Management).
- **Monthly Sales Target**: As per target assigned by the reporting manager.

**Reporting Requirements**
- **Morning Check-In**: Mandatory attendance in the daily morning video call.
- **End-of-Day Report**: Submit daily performance report in the CRM and share a summary update on WhatsApp as instructed.

**Job Types**: Contractual / Temporary, Freelance

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
