**Job Title**: International Customer Care Representative (Italian Language)

**Location**: Mansarovar RIICO Area, Jaipur

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist international clients with their inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and policies to provide accurate and relevant information.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and resolve complex customer issues.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and deliver high-quality service.
- Document and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.
- Monitor and report on customer feedback to improve service quality.

**Requirements**:

- **Fluency in Italian** (both written and spoken) is a must.
- Prior experience in customer service or related fields is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer service software.

**Location**: Mansarovar RIICO Area, Jaipur

**Work Hours**: Full-time position (Monday to Saturday)
