**Job Description: Customer Service Executive - International Market (Telecom)**

**Location**: Mansarovar, Jaipur

**Job Type**: Full Time (Work From Office)
**Shift**: Rotational Shifts (5.5 days working)
**Salary**: Up to 35k CTC
**Immediate Joiners Required**
**Experience Required**: Minimum 6 months in Telecom Process

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving customer queries or issues.
- Troubleshoot customer issues related to telecom services and ensure effective solutions.
- Assist customers with technical difficulties or concerns regarding their telecom services, including but not limited to connectivity issues, billing queries, and service activation.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on escalated issues.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve issues that require cross-functional support.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer service role, specifically in the telecom industry.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to provide timely resolutions to customer issues.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Customer-oriented with a strong focus on delivering a positive customer experience.
- Experience working in international markets is a must.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets.
