**Key Responsibilities**:
**3. Provide exceptional customer service**: Ensure that all interactions with prospective students/clients are professional, courteous, and responsive to their needs.

**5. Maintain accurate records**: Update customer relationship management (CRM) software with accurate and timely information about interactions with prospective students/clients.

**6. Collaborate with team members**: Work closely with other team members to share best practices, provide support, and achieve business objectives.

**7. Stay up-to-date with industry knowledge**: Participate in training and development programs to stay current with industry trends, competitor activity, and new technologies.

**Requirements**:
**1. High school diploma or equivalent**: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.

**2. 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience**: Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the education industry.

**3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills**: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse groups of people.

**4. Basic computer skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

**Nice to Have**:
**1. Experience with CRM software**: Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.

**2. Knowledge of the education industry**: Understanding of the education industry, including trends, competitor activity, and new technologies.

**3. Fluency in multiple languages**: Ability to communicate fluently in multiple languages.
