**Position: Accounts Executive**

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 2-5 yrs.

Job Summary: The Accounts Executive will play a crucial role in the finance department,

should have a strong background in finance and accounting, excellent attention to detail,

and the ability to manage billing, client ledgers, credit management, and accounts

reconciliation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update client ledgers with accurate financial transactions.
- Monitor client accounts to ensure timely and accurate payments.
- Provide assistance to clients with billing inquiries.
- Generate accurate and timely invoices for goods or services provided.
- Ensure adherence to billing policies and regulations.
- Perform billing reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness of invoices.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports as required.
- Work with clients to resolve overdue payments.
- Utilize data analytics tools to analyse financial data and trends.
- Implementing technical tools such as Excel formulas and functions to handle financial issues.
- Check vendor files for any previous payments and assign voucher numbers.
- Prepare vouchers listing invoice number, date, vendor address, item description, amounts and coding per accounting policies and procedures.
- Communicate with clients to address billing inquiries and resolve issues.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong numerical aptitude with attention to detail.
- In-depth knowledge of TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) regulations and compliance.
- Familiarity with Tally/Busy software for efficient financial management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
