**Coordination Requirements**:
Closely work with Managing Director to meet all production results.

Ensure the best Production practices, to optimized the production and minimize the wastage.

To develop the competency of the manpower by organizing the regular training sessions.

Develop and periodically improve performance of Production and ensuring best use of all the infrastructure and resources available within the framework / organizational guideline.

**Additional Responsibilities**

Working on Demand Forecast for the organization.

Identifying product Gaps and Launch new products.

Continuous Development of plant / People.

Raw material planning and timely procurement.

**Responsibilities for Business Results: ( KPIs)**

Performance of the production goal - Target vs. Achieved (YoY)

Meeting the expansion Targets

Creating the best production environment.

Training & Development plans achieved.

Forecast accuracy.

**Knowledge and Experience**

Engineering Graduate / Production or Mechanical (preferred)

Proven track record of delivering production results in a competitive environment

More than 4 years experience in production in a related industry

Result orientation and entrepreneurial spirit

Must have expertise in handling manpower.

Knowledge of English and local language
