Pune Global Service Centre FP&A Team India is growing as an Apex Group finance hub as it provides intelligent, enthusiastic, and energetic professionals to compliment a strong global finance team. This is a great opportunity to join the Global FP&A Team who have chosen Pune as their FP&A Global Service Centre (GSC). The FP&A Pune Team started with a 7-member team in 2021 in Phase 1. Following early successes of the Pune team and the need for increased reporting to stakeholders following a high number of recent business acquisitions, the team grew to 25 members in 2022 in Phase 2. We now have a team of technically strong and energetic employees and middle management professionals delivering an increasing number of data sets, standardised deliverables, and improved analytical reporting to assist the Global FP&A team in managing reporting for the entire portfolio of Group Companies. The FP&A organisational structure is relatively flat thereby increasing opportunities for everyone to grow and build a successful career. Our Phase 3 Pune hiring is now commencing. We are looking to expand the existing team to complement our world class high performing team. These roles are expected to drive data cleansing, standardised processing and be engaging with business, management, and finance teams across the globe. The Role This is an exciting opportunity for a Finance professional to join a high performing Global FP&A team operating in a fast growth Global Financial Services organisation.
