**Job Profile**:
**Training-**
- Induction and Product Training of Internal Employees
- Training Acknowledgement
- Joinee feedback with reporting manager
- Training Doc update
- Training Module Update
- Document new features or processes and update the same to the team.

**Product Support-**
- Every-day order management
- Reward order master excel management
- Reward Slab management
- Creation of new RezLive voucher creative
- Create New Reward store as updated by management
- Reward store update with new reward vouchers
- Manage agent reward query management or voucher escalations
- Coordinate with Dubai accounts, account receivables, and account payable for fund management
- Verification of discount as received from reward vendor
- Identify new suppliers giving better offers or vouchers for different markets.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
