Job Summary:
We are seeking dynamic Sales Executives to acquire new customers by offering a wide range of banking products and services. The role involves enhancing market share, developing strong client relationships, and submitting necessary reports.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and develop good relationships with customers.

Develop business, maximize revenue generation, and achieve sales targets.

Work closely with the bank's team to ensure all acquired clients from the assigned area trade actively.

Identify business opportunities by analyzing prospects and researching sales options.

Sell banking products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, recommending suitable solutions.

Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities for profit and service improvement.

Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify product improvements or new products.

Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.

Ensure quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards.

Educational Qualifications & Certifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in any specialization.

Relevant Job Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales.

Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Excellent time management skills.

Result-oriented with strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset.

Knowledge of the local geography and language is an added advantage.

Effective servicing skills and conflict management abilities.
