**We are hiring for Customer Service Executive - Voice for Teleperformance in Gurgaon (Work from office).**

Working days**:6 days a week**

Week-off: 1 day a week (rotational off)

**Salary: Upto 20K (In hand) || 24K CTC**

**Requirements : Graduate or Under-graduate with good English communication**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Customer interaction**:

- Providing accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
- Handling and resolving customer complaints or issues with empathy and efficiency.

**2. Problem resolution**:

- Investigating and resolving customer problems and concerns promptly.
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor as needed.
- Documenting customer interactions and solutions for future reference.

**3. Product knowledge**:

- Staying informed about product features, specifications, and promotions.
- Providing product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.

**4. Communication**:

- Collaborating with other team members and departments to share customer feedback and insights.
- Communicating effectively with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

**5. Customer feedback**:

- Gathering and analyzing customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborating with the management team to implement changes that enhance customer satisfaction.

**6. Adherence to policies and procedures**:

- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Staying updated on industry best practices and customer service trends.

- **Salary upto 20K in hand**:

- Any graduate / under graduate
- Fresher/ Experienced
- Good communication skills
- Language: English, Proficient in the languages.
- Looking for immediate joiners.

**Aadhaar number mandatory.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
