**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to achieve business goals.
- Create, schedule, and publish high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing content across platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter).
- Monitor and respond to audience interactions promptly.
- Collaborate with the design and content team to produce creative assets.
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience managing social media accounts.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Designbit APP).
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Social media marketing: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Digital marketing (preferred)
