As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and monitoring our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and increase sales. You will work closely with the content, design, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging and creative content that drives engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Create engaging multimedia content (posts, stories, reels, etc.) aligned with marketing campaigns
- Monitor and analyze the performance of posts and campaigns, providing insights and actionable recommendations
- Engage with online communities, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the content and design team to ensure consistent brand identity across all platforms
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and reporting
- Analyze competitors’ activities and suggest improvements

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role in digital marketing
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other social media platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Familiarity with social media analytics and management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar tools
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Experience with paid social media campaigns is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

- Bachelor's (preferred)

- Social media marketing: 1 year (preferred)
