**Job Title**: Hindi Teacher - Grade 10

**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Reporting To**: Principal

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Hindi lessons in accordance with the 10th-grade curriculum.
- Develop lesson plans that align with board standards (CBSE/ICSE/State Board).
- Assess and evaluate students’ progress through assignments, tests, and examinations.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and inquiry.
- Incorporate modern teaching methods and digital tools where appropriate.
- Provide extra help to students who need support and guidance.
- Prepare students for board examinations, ensuring syllabus completion on time.
- Maintain accurate student records and communicate with parents as needed.
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hindi or related field.
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience at the secondary level (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with educational technologies and online teaching tools is a plus.
