**Job Title: Marketing Executive - FMCG Products**

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Market Research**: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities. Analyse data to understand market dynamics and opportunities for growth.

2. **Marketing Strategy Development**: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to different marketplaces, including online platforms, retail outlets, and distribution channels.

3. **Campaign Management**: Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility, drive sales, and achieve business objectives. This includes creating promotional materials, advertising campaigns, and sales collateral.

5. **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Supply Chain, to align marketing efforts with overall business goals. Collaborate with external agencies and vendors as needed.

6. **Performance Analysis**: Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, using metrics such as ROI, conversion rates, and customer feedback. Identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.

7. **Marketplace Management**: Manage relationships with various marketplaces, including e-commerce platforms, supermarkets, and specialty stores. Negotiate contracts, optimize product listings, and ensure compliance with marketplace guidelines.

8. **Brand Management**: Uphold brand standards and ensure consistency across all marketing channels. Develop brand awareness strategies and initiatives to enhance brand reputation and loyalty.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Attention to detail and strong project management skills.
