**About the Role-**

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven individual to join our team as a **Data Associate**. In this role, you’ll support our outreach and marketing initiatives by sourcing, organizing, and analyzing data that drives decision-making across campaigns and events.

**Key Responsibilities-**
- Identify, scrape, and compile relevant data from websites, directories, and other online sources
- Clean, format, and organize data using **Google Sheets** and **Excel**:

- Maintain and regularly update internal databases to support outreach and event planning
- Generate reports to track outreach efforts, event engagement, and campaign performance
- Analyze data to draw insights and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with the **partnerships** and **marketing** teams to ensure campaigns are supported with accurate, actionable data

**Requirements-**
- Basic understanding of data scraping tools or willingness to learn
- Proficient in **Excel** and **Google Sheets** (including formulas, filters, pivot tables, charts)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Ability to research and identify relevant online data sources
- Good organizational and communication skills

**Preferred Qualifications-**
- Recent graduate or final-year student in **data science**, **statistics**, **computer science**, or a related field
- Internship or project experience involving data handling or reporting
