1. Responsible to achieve production target on daily, weekly and monthly basis within the TAT.

2. Making sure that quality of the produced goods is up to the mark and is not hampered during an attempt to achieve the PPC or in stocking motives.

3. Responsible for timely availability of raw material for production by coordinating with store, purchase and fabric team.

a) Directing the team to take regular follow ups with purchase and store in order to make timely (within TAT) delivery for the raw materials like zips, draw cord, packaging material etc.

b) Maintaining and upholding strict adherence to the policy and guidelines (SOP) pertaining to the Raw material ordering function as specified by the senior management.

c) Directing the team to strictly adhere to **monthly planning sheet** approved by senior management while punching cutting orders in the ERP system. Any deviation to the monthly sheet must be pre-approved by the senior management and documented in google sheet.

d) Within **time target accomplishment report** must be prepared and shared with senior management for the purchase, store and fabric team with a frequency as prescribed in SOP.

4. Responsible to maintain the 5’s in the production area of unit 1 and 2.

5. Share daily productivity report to senior management on daily basis.

6. Responsible for fulfilling the manpower gap and to solve the production related queries by junior and senior employees whenever required.

7. Responsible to take approval for the night shift if required and to share details to admin department prior 3-4 hours.

8. Proper utilization of manpower resources and to make ensure there would be no over manpower in production departments.

9. Responsible to maintain Discipline on floor.

10. Monitoring and clearing all the dumps of alterations, spotting within the TAT.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
